I am writing on behalf of XXXX application to study towards the Master’s Degree in your competitive program in the areas of statistics and management. I have now been teaching Statistics at the XXXX University for 4 years. XXXX was my student for Statistics 2011 - Workshop on Data Exploration and Technical Writing. I can say with all honesty that while perhaps a handful of other students have also struck me as extremely promising, none moreso than XXXX. She received the grade of ‘A’ in my course, our highest mark, because her creativity and energy is unsurpassed.

I feel strongly that any academic community would be most fortunate to have XXXX as a new member, since she is a student who is not afraid to speak out when she has something to say. She is a warm and friendly person who incites good cheer and I recommend her highly. She distinguishes herself among other students, in particular, by her creative use of online resources; something which I anticipate would help to propel her to the top of her class in your program.
